Chris has been working in the IT field since 1996, starting his own consulting business in 2003 which has evolved into the company we are today.

Chris founded ConsultNet to deliver a different level of service to clients. How his teams interact with clients is a key driver in his vision for delivering value - every day.

With two grown children, Chris enjoys hiking and working on his awesome PowerShell automation scripts.

Charlie joined ConsultNet in 2007 after graduating college. He drives company growth by identifying businesses that value IT and expanding relationships with existing clients.

A key player in fostering long-term client partnerships, Charlie ensures ConsultNet’s commitment to trust and transparency.

Since 2020, he has focused on keeping the company aligned with evolving cybersecurity standards and compliance requirements.

Chris joined the team in 2016. In 2025, Chris expanded his responsibilities to lead the ConsultNet technical team and implement the ‘ConsultNet Way’ into the company, ensuring consistency in client monitoring and follow-through.

Chris came to us via his prior relationship with a current client of ConsultNet. He has been working closely with Chris Klemm since 2013.

Max joined us in late Fall 2016. He brings unparalleled troubleshooting and project management skills from over 10 years in the IT field. Max has expanded his responsibilities to serve as our go-to technical brain for any issue, with a knack for breaking down complex problems and finding solutions.

He is responsible for assessing each new hire and is currently developing a formal program for expanding our junior tech team.

Jermaine joined ConsultNet in 2020 with over 6 years of direct client-facing IT experience. He was the lead tech at his prior company and was known for his customer service and being an integral part of the client’s team to translate and narrow the gap between the human and the technical. Jermaine has taken on additional project management duties to further enhance client support.

"Clear honest communication with clients builds trust. I explain the problem in language they can understand without overwhelming them with the technical." Jermaine uses his soft skills to adapt to the individual client.

Jermaine is married with 5 children. He is looking forward to leveraging ConsultNet’s systems and monitoring tools to raise the level of support and care for his clients.

Marcin joined the team in mid-2022. He has a background in the Illinois government sector and brings a broad range of experience to the team. Marcin earned his Security+ certification in 2021 and continues to grow, leading a major part of our client segments and serving as the point person for client issues. Marcin is married with 2 young children and resides in the Chicagoland area.

Trevor started over the summer of 2021 as an intern while working towards a degree in Cyber Security. As of 2023, Trevor is a full-time technician helping support our growing client base. He will be using his security expertise to drive initiatives to continue to keep our client networks secure. You can often find Trevor challenging team members on the official ‘ConsultNet’ ping pong table.

Phil started with ConsultNet in late 2022. He is an IT veteran with a vast array of experience. Phil has held many different network admin and consulting jobs ranging back to the Windows NT days. He has been using this experience to help support and deliver value to our clients.

Nathan started with ConsultNet in 2024 bringing 10+ years experience in the IT industry coming from a role in the Indiana school system. Nathan has exposure to supporting a large number of end users in large environments. He graduated from Valparaiso University and currently resides in the Chicagoland area with his wife and daughter.

Kris joined the team in 2025 after pivoting his career to immerse himself in the technology field. With a strong enthusiasm for continuous learning, Kris has quickly demonstrated his capabilities in dynamic environments. Most recently, he led a project to upgrade more than 50 computers under tight deadlines, ensuring minimal disruption and seamless transitions for end users.

Kris brings a fresh perspective and dedication to problem-solving, contributing effectively to ConsultNet’s client support initiatives. He resides in the Chicagoland area and is eager to expand his expertise while delivering high-quality IT solutions.

Mike joined our technical team in 2025 as Technical Services Manager, bringing over ten years of hands-on experience in IT support, technical services, and networking infrastructure.

With deep expertise in Active Directory, VMware, Microsoft Office, server management, and virtual environments, Mike excels at troubleshooting complex issues, implementing scalable solutions, and introducing innovative technologies that enhance operational efficiency. He is deeply passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and wholeheartedly embraces our client-focused culture, ensuring every interaction builds stronger relationships and drives lasting success for our clients.
